God is with us as Lord

Jesus is Lord, declared:
Rom. 14:9 “For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that He might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.”

Acts 10:36 “You know the message God sent to the people of Israel, telling the good news of peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all.”

Acts 2:36 “… let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”

1 Cor. 15:27b-28 “Now when it says that ‘everything’ has been put under Him [Jesus], it is clear that this does not include God Himself, who put everything under Christ. When He has done this, then the Son Himself will be made subject to Him who put everything under Him, so that God may be all in all.”

Ways Jesus’ Lordship shows:
Col. 1:15-18 “[Jesus Christ] … is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. And He is the head of the body, the church; He is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything He might have the supremacy.”

Eph. 1:22-23 “And God placed all things under His feet and appointed Him to be head over everything for the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills everything in every way.”

Heb. 1:2-4 “… in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. So He became as much superior to the angels as the name He has inherited is superior to theirs.”

Blessings from Jesus as Lord:
Rom. 10:12-13 “For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile — the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on Him, for, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ ”

Jn. 8:32 “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Rom. 14:7 “For none of us lives to himself alone and none of us dies to himself alone. If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.”

2 Cor. 4:7, TLB, “Everyone can see that the glorious power within must be from God and is not our own.”

Mt. 25:21 “His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!' ”
